Refund policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond the Company’s control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. In such a case the company shall exchange the product to your satisfaction. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with the company. The exchange of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product and are subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions. Conditions for exchange or order cancellation:

  1.  Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 24 hours of delivery. Please attach images to show the damage/defective products.
  2.  A exchange of the damaged/defective product will only be accepted if the product is provided in its original packaging condition with the jewellery tag intact.
  3. Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.
  4. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  5. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellation

In case of a sizing issue or product exchange:

  1. If you face any issue with the sizing we will surely help you out with the exchange and make sure you find the perfect fit.
  2. In such a case an extra charge of Rs.200 will be applicable for the exchange of the product.
  3.  Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.

  4. In case of returns or order cancellation, the refund amount will directly be credited into the original mode of payment.
  5. The amount refunded will only be for the products, shipping costs won’t be reimbursed.
  6. We do not have an exchange policy for our international customers.
