Return Policy:
A return is only applicable if you have received a Damaged / Defective product. In such a case please notify us within maximum 24 hours of delivery. Please attach images to show the damage/defective products.A return will only be accepted if the product is provided in its original packaging condition with the jewellery tag intact.Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. The order cannot be cancelled once shipped.In case of returns or order cancellation, the refund amount will directly be credited into the original mode of payment.The amount refunded will only be for the products, shipping costs won’t be reimbursed.

In case of a sizing issue or product exchange:

If you face any issue with the sizing we will surely help you out with the exchange and make sure you find the perfect fit.

In such a case an extra charge of Rs.200 will be applicable for the exchange of the product. 

Our products once used will not qualify for a return/exchange.

We do not have an exchange policy for our international customers.

DOMESTIC

• Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders.
• Flat 250 RS is charged for all COD orders.
• We at Myrie try to ship all your orders at the earliest. All the orders are shipped within 24-48 working hours after
  the payment is cleared. However, in some unforeseen circumstances some orders might be delayed, in this case will
  notify you of the delay and try to ship the order as soon as possible.
• Estimated time of delivery 5-7 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Payment methods – Both online and COD payment options are available.

 NO returns accepted, unless and until, the product delivered is damaged. 

INTERNATIONAL

• Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of the delivery location and the weight of the order.
• Customers are liable to pay any customs charges that are applicable during.
• Estimated time of delivery 10-15 days from the date of technically and commercially clear order and acceptance .
